Are the dislike counts accurate?
They are close estimates, not YouTube's private figures. The numbers combine an archive of counts collected while they were still public with votes from people using dislike extensions today. Popular videos from before the change are the most accurate; brand new uploads and small channels are the least.
A brand new video with almost no votes can also simply show a very low count. That is not a bug — there is nothing archived for it yet.
